A friendly reminder that this Saturday, March 29 is the 9th Annual Sustainable Pickering Day celebration. The event is taking place at Centre Court, Pickering Town Centre from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
The theme this year is local food, gardening and the natural environment. The event will be educational as well as interactive, with an indoor farmers market, gardening demonstrations, and many family activities. Donations to the local food bank of non-perishable food items are being accepted at the event.
